Power Hour Yoga Workout

NEW CLASS!! Increase your strength, stability and flexibility with this fun yoga fusion workout. Traditional yoga poses are combined with drills and basic weight-bearing exercises to focus on core muscles - abs, glutes, legs - as well as upper-body strength. We use our own body weight, repetition, light weights, blocks etc. to get all muscles a good workout. Get it all done in one compact power hour and get ready to sweat! No yoga experience needed.
