Approachable for all. Recharge your batteries, learn to breathe, stretch and relax while learning the basic yoga poses (asanas).

Mixed level yoga flow class for all levels based on vinyasa principles. All classes engage your entire body and mind, include strengthening and stretches, and classic yoga asanas. Wake up your inner warrior and light the fire in your belly as you explore your connection of body and breath, and release tension and stress. You will leave the class feeling recharged and stronger!

Power Hour
POWER HOUR Yoga Workout combines traditional yoga poses and fuses them with drills and strength based workouts including core, using props and basic weight-bearing workouts. It’s a fun way to combine your workout and your love for yoga during your lunch time!
When: Tuesdays at 12 noon HST (1 hour) via ZOOM or in person
Where: Join us on ZOOM or in person at Blunt Yoga Wellness Studio
Price: $10 per session per person
