This is a slow flow, gentle Hatha yoga class that incorporates basic yoga poses, stretches and breathing. No experience necessary. Ideal for beginners or re-entry into wellness after injury!

Approachable for all. Recharge your batteries, learn to breathe, stretch and relax while learning the basic yoga poses (asanas).

When: Fridays at 8:30 am HST

Price: Online ZOOM class attendance is $10 per person
